1. Amazon Investor Presentation

  • I conducted a semester-long analysis of Amazon, Inc. during a financial communications and investor relations elective at the Newhouse School. The course focused on the issues and challenges faced by publicly traded companies when communicating with their many constituents—employees, shareholders, sell-side research analysts, buy-side institutional investors and members of the business press and financial media. Upon an in-depth study of Amazon's stock market performance and investor relations function, I delivered an investor presentation to the class at the conclusion of the semester. This course, and particularly this assignment, are indicative of my long-term goals within the public relations industry.
